Dry red wine, 14% alcohol. Dark, almost completely opaque, burgundy rim. Medium-high intensity nose, with a mix of red (raspberry) and black fruit (blackberry, plums), bitter herbs, cola. Medium-full body, concentrated flavors, and a bright acidity that makes the texture very crunchy. The finish is extremely long and packed with dark fruit.
This wine is deceptively lighter than you would think based on the color and aromatic concentration. The is a vein of fresh acidity that keeps this wine very elegant and delicious.
