Dry rosé wine, 13.5% alcohol. Beautiful bright strawberry color, medium darkness (for a rosé, it is very dark). Medium intensity nose, with strawberry, raspberry, citrus. Medium-full body, with a crunchy texture. Concentrated flavors that mirror the nose. Orange peel in the long finish.

The thing that distinguishes this wine from other rosé is the texture. This has vibrant acidity that balances a full, rich body. It lingers in your palate and almost feels like you are biting into an apple. This is a food wine, and it improves considerably with age, increasing complexity and mellowing down the acidic bite.
