Dry white wine, 13.5% alcohol. Very pale, lemon color. Medium-high intensity nose, filled with banana pepper and grass, and hints of grapefruit and apple. In the palate, it is medium-full body, with a rich texture and a nice zing of acidity. The wine is balanced and on the the richer side, with a very long finish.

A delicious Sauvignon Blanc that reinvigorates my interest in this grape. What a value!
