Dry white wine, 13.5% alcohol. Very pale, lemon color. Medium-high intensity nose, showing mineral (oyster shells), lemon, and hints of apricot. Mid-light body, nice acidity and flavor concentration. Very ethereal. The finish is long.

Beautiful structure and intense – yet delicate- aromas.
