Dry white wine, 12.5% alcohol. Light, golden color. High intensity nose, dominated by mineral and eraser notes, with citrus and green accents. Light body, lip smacking acidity, good concentration of flavors. Reminds me of a Soave – which I am a big fan of. The wine is smooth and velvety in texture, and it shows a long finish.

Another great example of how wines can be light bodied while still preserving taste, flavor, concentration and deliciousness.
