Dry white wine, 12.5%. Very pale, lemon color. Medium-high intensity nose, with candied apple, pear, and flowers. There is a tropical hint in the aroma, almost like a mango. Light body, there is a good flavor concentration, and almost a bitterness (it’s not really bitter – it’s just the acidity). Finishes long with lemon notes.

There is no perceived residual sugar. Bone dry, crisp, light body, and very attractive.
