Dry white wine, 13.5% alcohol. Very pale, lemon color. Medium-low intensity nose, with licorish, star anise, grass, and some ash. Medium-full body, a thicker texture than you would expect. Almost oily. Perfectly balanced with fresh acidity. Although the nose was a bit closed initially, some elements of apple and pear also come out. Very long finish with bitter almonds.

Even though it was a bit closed initially, this wine impresses for its rich and electric palate. Almost an oily texture, vibrant, and satisfying still maintaining a medium weight.
