Dry white wine, 12% alcohol. Very pale lemon color, as you would expect from a Riesling. Medium-high intensity nose, with gasoline, eraser, apricot, mango, and spices. Light body, with a nice effervescent texture due to the bright acidity. The flavors are vivid and concentrated in the palate, and the wine gives you the illusion that it will be sweet, but it is actually dry. The balance of slight residual sugar, the aromas, and the acidity are perfectly balanced. The finish is very long.

This is a delicious Riesling that gives you the illusion it will be sweet, when instead it is dry, aromatic, and perfectly balanced.

This is a wine that will keep you guessing whether it is completely dry or it has some residual sugar. Just focus on the fact that it’s delicious.
