Dry rosé wine, 12.5% alcohol. Very pale pink color, very low opacity. I have rarely seen such a pale rosé wine. Medium-high intensity nose, with marzipan, grapefruit, and apple. Light body, with almost a fizzy mouthfeel given by the acidity. The finish is medium length. The flavors in the palate echo the nose, with a pronounced mix of sweet marzipan and apple.

This is a solid, light body rosé, but I would prefer slightly more weight.
