Dry rosé wine. Bright red color, medium-dark opacity (for a rosé). Medium-high intensity nose, with lemon, mineral, and parsley. In the palate, also cherry and raspberry appear. Medium body, soft and round. The texture is very fleshy, with a nice richness in the palate. The finish is medium length.

This is a very attractive wine, with citrus and red fruit, and a fleshy, rich texture. Delicious! Drink more Cerasuolo!
