This is a blend of 70% Garganega (used to make Soave) and 30% Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc.

Dry white wine, 12% alcohol. Pale, lemon color. Medium intensity nose, with papaya, lychee, lemon, and grass. Some spices too, like a banana pepper note. Medium body, but with a viscous texture, concentrated flavors and medium acidity. Medium length finish

I am amazed by how smooth, round, and viscous this white is. This, combined with the ripe, tropical fruit notes, makes it highly attractive. And at only 12% alcohol!!!
