Tasted on July 20, 2024. #DailyWine #dnardi #MontepulcianoDAbruzzo #Abruzzo #CerasuoloDAbruzzo #TorreDei Beati
Unfortunately, this is not very easy to find in the US. I tried this in Italy. It is one of the reference producers of wine in Abruzzo.
Dry rose’ wine, 14% alcohol. Medium-dark opacity (for a rose’), raspberry color. Medium intensity nose, with wild strawberry, raspberry, and some herbs like dill, parsley. Medium-full body, concentrated flavors (same in the palate as in the nose), almost a fizzy sensation of acidity, long finish.
Very aromatic, very fruity, complex and extremely delicious Cerasuolo that you will want to drink by the bottle.
