Dry red wine, 14% alcohol. Medium opacity, garnet color. Medium-high intensity nose, with spices, like star anise, and herbs, like fennel, together with rose and rhubarb. Under all this, some red fruit. Medium body, feels actually lighter than it is, with lots of acidity and tannins. Very aromatic also in the palate, with a long finish where red fruit lingers. Let this wine age a bit more (or decant it for longer), so that the alcohol can integrate better.

A very aromatic Nebbiolo. This wine demands patience, some age, and lots of food to enjoy.
