This wine is a blend of half Sangiovese and half Prugnolo gentile made in rose’.

Dry rose’ wine, 12.5% alcohol. Very pale orange color (yes, orange). Medium intensity nose, dominated by fresh grass, with some fennel notes. Light body, medium-light concentration of flavors, medium acidity. Same flavors in the palate – mostly grass. Medium finish.

Never had such a grassy rose’ Sangiovese. Reminiscent of a Sauvignon blanc. If you like that style, you will enjoy this.
