This wine is made with Nebbiolo, here called Chiavennasca. It is a reference producer in the Lombardia (Lombardy) region.

Dry red wine, 13% alcohol. Medium-light opacity, ruby color. Medium intensity nose, with red fruit (strawberry and cherry), roses, and some herbs. Light body, fresh with vibrant acidity. Also some tannins that stand out, but smooth enough – for a young Nebbiolo. Good concentration of flavors. A bit thin in the mid palate to finish, but a very pretty, light nebbiolo.
