Sweet sparkling white wine, 6% alcohol. Basically water color with just a shade of yellow. Very subtle bubbles. Intense nose with obvious aromas of tropical fruit, like papaya, and white peach and lemon. Concentrated flavors, light body, with medium sweetness, yet balanced by fresh acidity. Long finish with marzipan and baked apple. This is a delicious sweet wine that is also light.
