Low alcohol, high pleasure wine.

This is another wine from the reference producer in the Abruzzo region, Cataldi Madonna. They were one of the first believers in the Pecorino grape and pioneers in making 100% Pecorino wine. Thanks to them, now Pecorino wines are in fashion – and deservedly so.

Dry white wine, 12.5% alcohol. Very pale, lemon color. Medium intensity nose, with mineral, iodine, grass, and lemon notes. Some hints of candied fruit too. Light body, great balance and fizzy sensation from the bright acidity. This is not a wine dominated by fruit. The main aromas are mineral, but there is a sweetness (not sugary) from hints of honey and candied fruit even in the finish, which is very long.
