Suavia is another reference producer of Soave. Soave wine is a trendy white wine and across the board they tend to be very good because of the aromatics, the intensity of flavors, and the light body.
Pale, lemon color. Intense nose with lemon, mineral, and almost an effervescent whiff, as if smelling a lemon soda. Very light body, drinks like a beautiful lemonade with a touch of alcohol – and I am saying this in the best possible way. The aromas are intense and very pure. At 12% alcohol, this is a wine that you can easily drink and enjoy.
