This wine is made with 100% Garganega grape. Pale yellow/greenish color. Parsley, dill, herbs, citrus (lemon and orange peel), and wet stone in the nose. Very interesting, it also has a particular “fizzy sensation” in the nose, which doesn’t make a lot of sense but I don’t know how else to describe it. The smell is very intense, but in the mouth the flavors are more subdued. Light body, well balanced and lingering finish that gets better with time. A very tasty light-alcohol wine (only 12%).
